Sunday School Christmas Crafts for Kids
Cardboard Roll Advent Wreath
Our Cardboard Roll Advent Wreath is easy to make with cardboard, tissue paper and paper towel rolls. Young children will love “lighting” the candles each Sunday as they count the weeks down to Christmas.
Cardboard Roll Christmas Candles
These Cardboard Roll Candles are similar to the candles in our advent wreath, and look lovely displayed on a mantel or on a windowsill at home or in the Sunday School classroom.
Popsicle Stick Nativity Ornament
To make this Jospeh, Mary and Baby Jesus Ornament, all you need are fabric scraps, popsicle sticks and a marker. It makes an adorable ornament for the kids to take home and hang on their Christmas tree.
Cardboard Roll Nativity Set
With a few cardboard rolls and some scraps from the sewing room, you can make a Toilet Roll Nativity Set that toddlers and preschoolers can play with. It’s a wonderful tool for introducing young children to the nativity story through play.
Sheep Christmas Tree Ornament
As a follow up to one of our nativity crafts, have the kids make an Adorable Sheep Ornament to hang on their Christmas tree at home.
Seashell Angel Ornament
Kids can make these Seashell Angel Ornaments to give to their parents as gifts or to sell in the church bazar. I still have the one that my son bought for me at our church’s Christmas fair almost 20 years ago.
Coffee Filter Angle Ornament
This Coffee Filter Angel is easy to make with just a few coffee filters, a popsicle stick and a pipe cleaner.
Wine Cork Angel Ornament
Save your wine corks for this Wine Cork Angel Ornament. The kids can hang them on the Christmas tree or use them as gift toppers when giving gifts this Christmas.
Doily Angel Christmas Cards
Using doilies and artificial flower petals, kids can make these Angel Christmas Cards to give to friends and family at Christmas.
Tissue Paper Christmas Wreath
And lastly, if you have tissue paper and a paper plate, the kids can make this Festive Christmas Wreath to hang on a door or in a window in their home or in your Sunday School classroom.
