- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 plum italian tomatoes, seeded
- small onion
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1 lime
- salt
- cilantro
Mash your avocados
Add seeded, diced
Add finely diced onion and garlic.
Squeeze the lime juice into the mixtureChop up a handful of fresh cilantro, and toss it in.
Add chopped, fresh cilantro and stir all together
Stir in a dash of salt
Press avocado pits into surface of guacamole to prevent it from turning brown. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, lightly pressing the wrap to the surface of the dip.
