Easy Homemade Guacamole

Garlic and fresh cilantro give this homemade guacamole its kick. It's easy to make, and guaranteed, you'll be the hit of the party if you show up with this at your next get-together.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 plum italian tomatoes, seeded
  • small onion
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime
  • salt
  • cilantro

Instructions

  • Mash your avocados 
  • Add seeded, diced
  • Add finely diced onion and garlic.
  • Squeeze the lime juice into the mixtureChop up a handful of fresh cilantro, and toss it in.
  • Add chopped, fresh cilantro and stir all together
  • Stir in a dash of salt
  • Press avocado pits into surface of guacamole to prevent it from turning brown.
     
  • Cover tightly with plastic wrap, lightly pressing the wrap to the surface of the dip.
