  • Bread
  • Olive Oil start with 1 tbsp
  • seasonings salt, pepper, parmesan, dried herbs etc.


  • Cube bread with a knife or tear into chunks
  • Place in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil
  • Stir until bread is lightly coated with oil
  • Add desired seasonings
  • Bake on baking sheet at 350ºF for 10 minutes, gently tossing at the half-way mark.
