Easy Bacon-wrapped Green Beans

- 3/4 pounds of fresh green beans washed and patted dry
- six strips of bacon cut in half
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- dash of salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Blanch strips of bacon and pat dry.
Wrap four green beans in one of the bacon halves. Repeat for each green bean bundle.
Place green bean bundles seam side down onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Do not let strips of bacon touch other strips of bacon.
Drizzle wrapped green beans with olive oil.
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over wrapped green beans.
Bake until green beans are crispy and bacon is cooked. (Approximately 15 minutes.)
Serve hot or warm.
