  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 20 bocconcini balls (small mozzarella balls
  • 20 cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
  • 40 small basil leaves
  • sprinkling of sea salt
  • optional: 1 tbsp chopped chives and/or 2 tbsp chopped parsley


  • Slice tomatoes and bocconcini balls in half and place in a bowl
  • Drizzle with olive oil
  • Add chopped basil to bowl
  • Sprinkle with salt
  • Toss gently and transfer to pretty serving bowl
  • Chill
