No Yeast Pizza Dough

No yeast? No worries! This pizza dough is quick and easy to make using baking powder as a substitute for yeast. Great for 1 family-size pizza or 6 personal mini pizzas.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450º
  • In bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking powder.
  • Stir oil and water togeher and add to dry ingredients. Stir together until dough forms a ball.
  • Turn onto floured counter and knead for 2-3 minutes.
  • With rolling pin, roll into one large pizza, or divide into 6 equal portions and roll into 6 mini pizzas.
  • Place on cookie sheet or baking stone and top with sauce, toppings and cheese.
  • For large pizza, bake for 15-20 mins. For mini pizzas, bake for 10-15 mins.
