These easy and delicious cinnamon-sugar tortilla treats make holiday entertaining easy. Perfect for dessert or snacks or when unexpected guests drop in.

  • Dempster's Original Tortillas
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 tbsp white sugar & 3 tsp cinnamon, mixed together
For the Dessert Bowls you'll need six 7-inch Dempster's Tortillas)
  1. Trim tortillas so they're slightly larger than circumference of the wells in your muffin tins.

  2. Brush tortillas with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon. Flip over and repeat.

  3. Press tortillas into muffin tin and bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and transfer to cooling rack.

For the Shaped Tortilla Crisps (one 10" tortilla yields 10-12 crisps)
  1. Lay tortillas on a flat surface. Using cookie cutters, cut out tortilla shapes.

  2. Place shapes on a lined baking sheet.

  3. Brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Flip over and repeat.

  4. Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and transfer to cooling rack.
