Easy Chocolate Chip Candy Cane Bark
Christmas baking doesn't get any easier than this! Sweet chocolate and crunchy candy canes are the perfect combination in this quick and easy recipe!

- 3 cups white candy melts
- 1/2 cup or more of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
- additional 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
Melt candy melts in a double boiler or in the microwave in 30 second incremements.
Let candy melts cool until almost room temperature.
Add candy cane pieces and stir to mix.
Add chocolate chips.
Quickly stir, and pour mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup candy cane pieces.
Gently press them into to the mixture.
Place cookie sheet in freezer for 5-10 minutes to set.
Break bark into pieces, and store in refrigerator.
