- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 20 bocconcini balls (small mozzarella balls
- 20 cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
- 40 small basil leaves
- sprinkling of sea salt
- optional: 1 tbsp chopped chives and/or 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Slice tomatoes and bocconcini balls in half and place in a bowl
Drizzle with olive oil
Add chopped basil to bowl
Sprinkle with salt
Toss gently and transfer to pretty serving bowl
Chill
