  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 20 bocconcini balls (small mozzarella balls
  • 20 cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes
  • 40 small basil leaves
  • sprinkling of sea salt
  • optional: 1 tbsp chopped chives and/or 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  1. Slice tomatoes and bocconcini balls in half and place in a bowl
  2. Drizzle with olive oil
  3. Add chopped basil to bowl
  4. Sprinkle with salt
  5. Toss gently and transfer to pretty serving bowl
  6. Chill
