A paper plate rainbow mandala is a fun craft for toddlers and preschoolers to explore the colours of a rainbow, and learning about colour order.
We’ve made a lot of rainbow crafts here in my daycare over the years, and I’m always trying to think up new ways to make them.
Recently, I got the idea to make a rainbow mandala. The hooligans love rainbows, and they love creating mandalas, so our paper plate rainbow mandala was the perfect combination of both crafts.
We even suspended a few fluffy, white clouds underneath our mandala to add some extra texture and interest to our craft.
Wouldn’t it look sweet hanging in a window in your home or classroom this spring?
